Although Allison Architects are Glasgow architects. Hamilton clients, Mr and Mrs Neyroud, chose us having met us to discuss their project at the Ideal Home Show at the SECC.
The clients had recently bought a good size bungalow in Hamilton and were prepared to carry out a lot of refurbishment work in addition to extending and converting the attic.We developed a design for a rear extension and the loft conversion with a new feature stair which would form the backdrop to a log burning stove and log store.
This area would form the heart of the house and the centre of the newly formed open plan living and kitchen space to the rear of the house.
