Project Overview
The development consists of 44 residential units for social housing provider Clyde Valley Housing Association.
This includes a mix of a block of 31 flats, 10 cottage flats and 3 terraced properties.
Planning approval was granted by committee in September 2019 and work commenced on site in early 2020 following approval of the Stage 1 Building Warrant.

The Brief
Allison Architects Glasgow were appointed by Wilson Developments (Scotland) Ltd to provide architectural services for this residential development on the site of the former Viewpark Police Station in Uddingston.
The Design
The design delivers a balanced mix of residential unit types including flats, cottage flats and terraced homes to meet social housing needs.
The development was carefully planned to maximise site potential while ensuring compliance with planning and building regulations, creating a functional and sustainable community layout.
