The development of 21no residential units for social housing provider Clyde Valley Housing Association comprises a mix of a block of 10 cottage flats and 11 terraced properties including a dedicated property for wheelchair users.

Stage 1 Building Warrant approval was granted in November 2019 and work commenced on site in December followed by the Stage 2 Warrant Approval in early 2020.

Works are progressing well at Wilson Developments (Scotland) Ltd’s development of 10 cottage flats and 11 terraced properties in Condorrat, North Lanarkshire for social housing provider Clyde Valley Housing Association.
